Robert came immediately when we needed him and followed up with a written quote (so many others don’t follow through at all) and his team did the job and full clean up in half a day or so and 100% feel confident in their work. We would hire them for anything again. They also give you a clearance letter. In a bad situation, you want someone you can trust and actually enjoy working with!

McKinnon Heating and AC installed a central AC unit, including installing all the exterior wiring, which spanned quite a long way on my house. I was very happy with them because they actually exchanged a unit when the first one was not cooling enough, no questions asked. Their office staff and the maintenance team is really friendly and helpful. I sincerely appreciated them making the situation right and I was able to enjoy very cool AC after all was fixed. Looking forward to my humidifier in the winter.
