We ordered two doors, one window. One of the doors didn't fit, taken away and now no one is returning our calls or emails...why? because we paid! The only positive about our experience with Brock was the installers were pleasant. They said I was " a very kind woman". We have been very understanding regarding delays due to COVID and very kind and pleasant to deal with. The utter lack of communication and follow up from BROCK is beyond disappointing. We have been left in limbo and without a door.
