We were looking to transform the front exterior of our home and Exterior By Design delivered. The end result was fantastic ascetically right down to the small details. The quality of workmanship is very high and was explained step by step before and during segments of the project by the crew leaders. Dave oversaw the whole project and you couldn't ask for a better person to deal with. He is the nicest man and genuinely wants the best for your project and doesn't play games. It is rare and hard to find these type of people in this business and I am grateful for his experience and leadership on this project. The two different crew leaders and teams were both excellent in answering questions and keeping us updated on timing and progress.

I was in a bit of a bind and Rob the owner of PCL completely help me out with giving me honest advice and recommendations that was in the best interest of the customer (which is rare these days). He listen to my feedback of what I wanted the design to look like in the end and he was able to work with that in mind without compromising any quality of the craftsmanship. He was very thorough and walked me through each step and answered all my questions. We are very pleased with the end result and the peace of mind that it was done safely and properly. Kstone is the company that my kitchen counter top and island is from. Within the first 6 months, there has been 2 chips (one minor and one major). The major chip was caused by regular use in the kitchen where a glass container bumped (i.e. not dropped) into the edge of the quartz counter top. Although it was human error, I was disappointed how weak this quartz product is. Overall, I would not recommend fabricators that use Kstone as a supplier of their material. The 3 different company personnel were nice and generally polite, but in the end they were not willing to back their product and do anything to rectified or take responsible for the chip.
