I contacted Cozyworld as I needed a new furance and a/c and I was reaching out to companies for quotes. Farhad came to my house and took his time explaining everything to me and provided me with a variety of options at different prices points to chose from. I decided to go with them and I'm really glad that I did. Their installers were incredibly professional and installed a new furnace, a/c and thermostat in one day and took away all the garbage and tidied the area they were working in. Farhad also provided me with all the information regarding rebates that were available to me and helped me secure these. I was incredibly happy with their work and can not recommend them highly enough. Farhad also emailed after the installation to make sure everything was working as planned and to make sure I was happy with the installation, great customer service.

It was a breath of fresh air working with this company. Their sales associates and installers are professional, well informed and very responsive. The handrail they installed for me was beautifully made and I'm am delighted with it. In addition I had a slight issue with one of the glass panels and they were very quick to respond to my request for assistance, showed up when they committed to and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
