The guys from Elite Roofing turned our stressful problem into a great relief! We had a roofing emergency due to work others had done poorly in the past. We will not have those worries again thanks to Flori and his crew. I have more than a clue as to how a good roofing job is done and the guys did an excellent job with the right prep to the decking, quality materials, and a proper unhurried installation process. They used a pyramid / diagonal pattern to lay the shingles; it is more difficult than the racking pattern but generally gives a better result. There were dozens of progress photos of the job. They even cleaned up my rain gutters and made sure the leaf guards were back in place. I was home for the duration and drifted outside from time to time to offer water, and yes, observe the work being done. It was great to see. As for the business side, Flori is truly a hard-working professional. I spent a lot of years in project management with many companies. You want Flori and his company on your team.

Great service: on time service call, knows what he is doing, charges a fair price, and addresses your plumbing problem directly and honestly. If we all lived in a small town, he would be the plumber people would call. (I miss living in a small town where only honest and competent people are successful.) Some other Toronto plumbing services insist on doing a camera inspection instead of addressing what a Google search would tell you: if you live in an older house surrounded by large trees and your basement drains gurgle, there is an excellent chance roots are growing into the lateral sewer line. A simple snaking with an industrial strength tool is the first thing to do for almost any drain clog...not go looking with a camera. With the camera guys, the "rooter" is for your wallet, not your sewer line. You might pay more than Rickey charges only to be told there is nothing that can be done except dig up your basement at a 5 figure cost. Cameras are for expensive sales pitches, not for clearing your clogged drain.

Elie was simply excellent in all phases of the complete renovation to our 100 sq.ft. kitchen. He takes great pride in his work and his attention to detail is extraordinary. The kitchen is still a hundred square feet but is now effectively twice the size in that it has twice the utility and lots of room for my partner and me to work. Many thanks also go to Elie's recommendation of Reno Pros Home Services who did a complete interior demolition/rewire/rebuild. The finished measurements (given by Elie to Reno Pros) were critical to the success of using all available space. Unlike other contractors who finger-point, Elie and Leo worked hand-in-hand while doing our project.
