We are extremely disappointed with Canada Rug in Calgary. We purchased one of the higher end carpets they offer. The carpet itself is nice... The installation was pretty bad; obvious seams, not stretched under baseboards, and a weird peaks and indents to name a few of the issues. We called in to speak to the manager or owner and was passed around a bit as he was on vacation (fine, everyone can take a vacation). When I finally reached him we thought we made an appointment for him to come inspect the workmanship. On the agreed upon day, I was texted that he would be late. When someone showed up, it wasn't the owner, but the same installer! Fine... We showed him the problems and he said he'd "fix" them. Nope, made it incredibly worse! Now, in addition to the aforementioned issues, we now have a fraying patchwork carpet in one of the rooms. We spent thousands of dollars here and were treated horribly. Their installer clearly doesn't "get it" and management took no responsibility. Failing grade.
