I know now. * Estimation was accurate in terms of time and money. * Crew arrived on time * Crew was well prepared and had everything required for successful and clean project completion * Kam had enough patience to answer all my questions on my level of understanding of physics and mechanics so I have a very good idea why installation went the way it went. * Kam moved humidifier to the other side where I have more room to access it and also it freed the entrance to furnace. His words: "I approach every project as if it happens in my house" * Drain pipes left connected to one single pipe (see attached pic) and not the way it had 3 separate pipes tied together. He could leave it same way BTW. * Boris payed a visit during installation and verified everything is on track * Boris followed up and collected my feedback right after installation * Boris promptly submitted OPA 125$ claim * I was left with confidence in product and service and with peace of mind (and some paperwork to be done)
