After calling several plumbers, we found Eugene. He returned our phone call, came and quoted and his price was excellent for the job we needed. On the day of work, he showed up on time, worked all day long, kept the house clean, and was very nice. He hand dug out our basement floor, replaced some pipes that had tree roots grown in them, roughed in a bathroom, installed a drain and sealed up a drain we were no longer using. Once all the work was completed, he showed us via camera his work and followed the pipe all the way to the City lines. We have been renovating our house for a while now and I can honestly say that Eugene is one of our favourite contractors to date. We will use him again for any plumbing issue - and would highly recommend him to friends, family and to you. Thank you Main Drain and Plumbing!

Star Shutters was a great company to do business with. They showed up to measure and quote, install and everything went as planned. Their price was excellent and since we were referred to them from a friend - we knew they could do a good job. Overall we did 5 rooms with average size windows and one massive picture window at the front of our house. The blinds are high quality (we went with wood) and we really love them. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing shutters.

We had hired Archie in the past for our windows in our 1950 bungalow last year, and were so pleased with his work, we called him back to turn a window, into a patio door. Archie and his team worked hard all day to get this huge project done - and went above and beyond what was needed. They took the bricks from the wall they were tearing out and filled up the old milk box as well as drywalling the inside of the kitchen where the milk box opening was. The crew is polite, friendly and above all, left the house as clean as they found it. You wouldn't even know there was work done (well besides the amazing new patio door!) We highly recommend Sobol Inc. They live up to all their high reviews.

Mancuso's team is excellent - fair quote, good work. However, they like to show up at any time, without prior notice. Once they woke me out of bed, the other, I heard male voices from under my bedroom window first thing in the morning! Slightly unsettling. Would use them again however for the good work they deliver.

We noticed a marked difference right away with Sobol Inc from when Archie came to our house to quote for the job. Many other window guys from the big companies were arrogant, pushy and sales like, but Archie came on time, with good ideas and a sincere interest in our plans, along with hand on expirenece. His quote was superior, with a detailed cost breakout and pictures of the windows chosen. On installation day, the team was quick, courteous, friendly and extremely tidy. You wouldn't know that work had been done other than the great new windows in place! We highly recommend Sobol Inc. You will not be disappointed. We are calling them back to install a patio door in a window opening very soon.

If you have any asbestos work needed to be done in your house, I highly recommend calling Amosite. After reviewing articles on the internet, I was feeling very uneasy about tiles that were in the house we just purchased. David came out to inspect them at no charge and gave us a full understanding of the materials, how to dispose and the risks involved. Since our tiles were in good condition, he told us that we didn't need to hire him and gave us great advice on how to cover/ or remove them ourselves. David was competent, reliable and honest. A rarity in the home reno business. After meeting with David from Amosite, I knew I needed to write a review so that anyone who might need work done, would call this great company.
