We got two windows changed: the main bedroom and the kitchen. Being our old windows engineered , we were a bit worried about how that was going to be in practice. Everything looks great so far. House already feels warmer! The staff were very nice, polite, professional and efficient. They left the house the same way they found it, plus nicer windows.

I really appreciate when contractors explain everything, have open communication and share with you their knowledge. Raven tree team was very thorough when checking all our trees. Identified the good ones, the accidental ones that were in the wrong place, the healthy ones and the risky ones, explaining the whys. They were punctual, friendly and dedicated to doing a good job. Our trees and hedges look way better now.

Our story began at the end of last winter when I found myself frustrated woth not being able to remove my dog poop that was trapped in ice amd kept getting worse, so I googled for help and there they were! I sent an email and got a quick response explaining the process and what would be the best approach and savy choice for me. They show up once every week to clean it all, perfect for the cold season when you have a busy small child and a busy poop-maker dog. One less thing to worry about is always good in my books and if it comes with great customer service it's an absolute win!

Something that I really like is customer service, knowledge and presentation (who doesn't?). I like that they were able to fit us in, in a short time. The electrician was puntual, impeccable and very knowledgeable. He walked me through what needed to be done and found some problems with our electrical that we didn't know were there. One was urgent and the other ine was the electrical wiring to install out garburator. He also point out the old school wiring that needs to be changed (aluminum with copper) and suggested an update to our electrical panel without pressuring us to do it but giving us good advice so that we won't be easily fooled by other companies when quoting. For this two last ones he gave us quotes through their app that were sent immediately to my email. He also answered all my preschooler's question about what he was doing with enthusiasm.

We are very happy with this company. When Cal, the owner, came over the first time doake the estimate, we appreciated his knowledge and advice. He was not pushy and not trying to sell us the most expensive option but the best choice for our busy house. Communication from there on was always open and clear. It was completely worry and hassle free. He was always keeping me on the loop of everything (the materials they use are also Canadian made). On the week of the installation, the crew was polite, friendly and caring towards our pets and son and always ready to answe any questions (very patient too, considering the level of curiosity my son had towards their job). I'm a very picky person and don't give 10 stars easily. But they absolutely deserve it.
