I've been using Attila for the last 5 years. He has worked on plumbing projects both in my home and my families investment property. He's an honest, hard working individual. I recommended him with no worries. He will do the job and for a fair price.

I was recommended M & M by a friend. We needed two furnaces cleaned. Being that it was fall and they were very busy - Lucas politely explained he could do it, just it would be a few weeks before he could get to it. I agreed to wait. Well, not more than a few days later he informed me he was available one morning the following week. Perfect! He arrived on time - cleaned up both furnaces and they are working like charms! He also came in at a reasonable price. Another local company was quoting more than double without even seeing the furnaces. In any event, I'll use M & M again and will recommend their services.

They came in to inspect a clay drain pipe, that I was told by another company had collapsed (and they were using scare tactics to get me to let them do the work the next day for $3000). Well, Mr. Rooter did the inspection - informed me that the drain did not collapse and that, yes, being a clay pipe and with the trees out front, it will have to be replaced eventually - but it was not urgent by no means (could be years). Very clean and professional. Thanks Mr. Rooter! (and shame on the other company with a similar sounding name!)

I was away and my brother-in-law called and let me know there was issues with the toilet backing up - he mistakenly called Roto Rooter - I asked him to call a similarly named company. Anyways - they snaked the drain and informed him that the clay pipe had collapsed and it needed to be repaired immediately ('We can start tomorrow! - for $3000) ... I told him to pay the guy and tell him we'd get back to him. Basically called another company and they came in with the camera and said the drain was cleared of roots - and it was not collapsed. Would it have to be replaced? Eventually - but it was nowhere near a collapse. And when I called Roto Rooter to complain - they did nothing. They never even returned my call. Nice. I would NEVER recommend them.

We finally decided to convert from oil to gas and go high efficiency with a Viessmann wall mounted boiler because our oil bills for the last few winters were ridiculous (and so we could eventually finish our basement properly). We had several quotes - and although LB Heating were at the higher end of them, after comparing the breakdown of the quote and what was being installed - their experience and knowledge came through. After researching online - the proper installation of a Vitodens 100 makes all the difference. Well once my oil tank was near 1/8th of a tank I called Ted and they came a few days later to do the job. They came promptly and were happy to answer any questions during the removal/installation. Everything went as planned and the boiler room was swept and cleaned up neatly. The level of comfort in my home now is unbelievable. Huge difference going from a mid-eff oil boiler to a high-eff gas. I highly recommend it - it may seem like a lot of money but I believe it's worth every penny. I recommend LB Heating to anyone that is planning to do any boiler conversion. They really do take pride in their work.

We have a low rise building. Over the years we had to deal with bedbugs, centipedes, fleas and mice (not all at the same time!). Waheed always came promptly to inspect and suggest the best method of dealing with the situation. Not only that - he lets you know what habits pr changes need to be made to keep the pests out! He could easily not say anything - and have repeat business for the same problems - but he's not like that. He cares about his customers and their needs. Thanks Waheed!
