PLC from Mississauga

I needed a new Heating/AC system and I interviewed at least 6 companies before I hired Spring Home. Sam provided valuable technical information to help me make a decision about which components to choose .The job was difficult because a pipe that needs to be replaced was buried in foam insulation inside the garage wall. The staff worked diligently removing, installing the new equipment and cleaning up the worksite. They stayed well beyond the work day hours to complete this job and it was a very hot day. I am happy to say that no longer do I hear a noisy furnace; the AC is amazing. Well after the installation, Sam and the office staff staff helped me followup with Lennox about the status of my rebate application. Sam is kind , professional and knowledgeable and my initial interview with him gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a good company; I chose right. Thanks Sam &Spring Home!

My mother hired Tony for a job at her house last summer. Because I pleased with his work, I hired him to do a major repair at my house. Last November, I had Tony and his team replace the 2 storey window box. It needed the wood frame, windows and siding to be replaced. The job was completed in a timely manner. The mitring the of wooden window frames is impressive. It seems that the windows have helped to reduce the noise from outside and they can be opened and closed without any difficulty. Simply stated..The job was very well done. Tony is kind, professional and reliable. It was a relief for me to have this work completed to my satisfaction.

My friend has used Atlas Overhead Doors a number of times over the years and recommended them to me.I'm so pleased with the quality of service from Atlas. I am writing this review at the request of my mother. She was very happy with the staff and services of North Shore. It was such a relief to her that the job was completed to her utmost satisfaction. The staff were kind and very professional.They arrived at the planned time and did a few extra tasks that were identified upon the contractor arrival. Having had a very poor experience with a porch contractor recently, this good experience with North Shore elevated her spirits and took one more item off her "To Do list". Approximately 1 year ago I had severe chemical sensitivity reactions from a memory foam mattress that I bought from a major mattress store. I returned that mattress and started to desperately explore hypoallergenic mattress options. Through Homestars I found Ton Furniture. Andy is very knowledgeable and he reviewed the features of the hypoallergenic natural latex mattresses. He assured me that there would be no "gassing off"of chemicals and that my mattress misery would be over.. I can say that after sleeping on this natural latex mattress for 10 months, it is everything that Andy promised. It is SO comfortable and I do not react to the mattress. The service was perfect from the moment I went to the showroom to the delivery of the mattress I would encourage anyone who has concerns about allergies and/or chemical sensitivities to consider this type of mattress.

The Magic Clean service was highly recommended by my mother. Shad worked diligently and efficiently;his attention to detail was clearly apparent. The broadloom and the area rugs look brand new. I am very pleased with his courteous service and quality of work.

Tom provided responsive and efficient service. He offered advice that reflected his wealth of knowledge and experience regarding locks and security. Initially contemplating the cost of this project was difficult. It has now been a few months since he installed it and I have had no regrets. it is "quality"and meets my needs.

In the heat spell, Richard fit me in his tight schedule and made a quick response visit, and identified that I needed a new thermostat.( not a new furnace as some other contractors might have claimed) He was polite and efficient and completed the job effectively and efficiently

I ordered a countertop and put the deposit on it. The time to get the final product became unreasonable.When I did get it,the countertop was not sealed.I had made a number of calls to this company;calls were not returned. Finally I did speak with the owner, who made arrangements to rectify the problem. There were still many problems after I spoke with him, but the worst was the evasive and deceptive conduct of the front line staff. I had decided to personally go to their office. The woman in the office told me that the manager was on a vacation and not returning for a week. Another woman walked by me and asked if I needed help. This was the managers wife. I told her that I wanted to deal with the manager. She said "wait a minute, he's working in the back". I told her that the reception staff told me that he was on vacation. She made no apologies for her staffs' conduct. Eventually I got the problems sorted out. Their business card states"Price, Quality and Craftmanship Guaranteed" I paid a big price of time and money for a lot of poor service and aggravation

I had shopped at several large lighting stores in Toronto and Peel. I found this store to have a diverse selection of quality lighting fixtures; the pricing was better than the other stores. The owner was receptive to ordering the fixture that I wanted and he quoted me a good price. I'll return to this store for my next purchase.

From the moment I made my call to Waheed, my problem was attended to in a very timely fashion. Waheed donned the "suit " and treated the wasp nest above my garage, assuring me these wasps will not be back. Just as he was ready to leave , he noticed that they were entering there nest from another spot. He did the whole process again. Well that was a few weeks ago and he was right, they have not come back. A risky situation for me was remedied, by Waheed

The job involved tearing up wall to wall carpet and a ceramic kitchen floor and installation of hardwood flooring. I believe some of the workers were skilled while others were learning on my flooring. The site manager did not monitor the job and when I raised specific deficiencies, damages he would say they would be fixed. The attention to detail was not eveident to me. When I checked,they were not fixed properly.I believe they knew what a quality job involved but felt they could do bandaid solutions.The workmanship was sloppy they damaged walls and ballisters. They even tried to hide the damages with bandaid solutions. They left bags of garbage on front porch over extended time periods( not a good issue in condo complex) and they swept the concrete rubble from the torn up ceramic floor into my garden. The store manager deferred my concerns back to the site manager and was not willing to come see the mess they made and the "solutions" they came up with.
