Mr. Heat installed our new a/c unit and furnace 3 years ago, and we have been very satisfied with their services from day 1. They were prompt, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. We were given all different kinds of options and explanations, so we were able to make informed decision based on their honest guidance. We are still very happy with our a/c unit and furnace. Although we had some issue with our a/c in this summer as it was not working properly, they came and fixed it quickly with reasonable price. When our thermostat screen was blacked out after a storm, they came right away to take a look, and replaced the screen with a new one as it was still under warranty. Issues can happen but how they respond to those issues are phenomenal. I have recommended Mr. Heat to our friends and would recommend to anyone as they are so reliable and pleasant to work with.

This review is way overdue but I would love to thank Joe and his team for an amazing job done for my kitchen a year ago. We bought a new house with about 17 years old kitchen cabinets in ugly yellow wood colour. Joe was quick in response to come and give me quote and everything went so smoothly since then. It took only 2 days to spray cabinets with 2 coats except doors and the whole process was neat and clean. Joe took doors with him to spray and brought brand new like ones! We also got our kitchen extended with more cabinets and countertop. These were done by Rocco who has strong attention to detail and finished the job beautifully. All together, we were and are still very happy with our kitchen. It is beautiful and still like a new. Joe and his team are amazing and I already recommended to my family and friends!! FYI, the price I put down there is only for the painting.

One of the best thing we had done in 2017 is we had Khody and his team to get our hardwood flooring done. We’ve gone through so many stressful experiences with contractors (some were just nightmares), so we know how hard it is to find truly professional and reliable contractors. And Khody and his team were just AMAZING! When Khody first visited us, he kindly explained every single option we could have so that we could make informed decision based on our situation. i.e. refinishing existing hardwood floor or installing new one. From demolition to installing new flooring, they were always on time, the job site was tidy at the end of each day and there was no unnecessary waste of time and energy. After each step, they checked and double-checked to make sure they could move on the next step. Khody always communicated with us about what they were doing and asked about our thoughts/opinions. But they knew what they were doing and all we did was watching them making our floor sturdy, quiet and beautiful. They also installed tiles in our foyer and trims to the posts in our living room. We love, love, love what they had done, and couldn’t be happier. On top of that, their price is very reasonable; I highly recommend HLE flooring.

Harry came to give a quote on the same day I called him and arranged pick-up for the same week. He was very prompt and finished everything within 2 weeks. There was no waste of time. And furniture returned as brand new. I am very satisfied with his work and amazed at his craftsmanship. I love the colour he chose to refinish my console and coffee table. It's elegant and beautiful. I'm so glad I found him through homestar.

They are professional and punctual. That being said, they knew what they were doing. They came up with the most cost effective way to get the job done and finished it within 2 days. We were very satisfied with their job because it was much greater than I expected and without them we would not be able to get this done. They listened to us and delivered exactly what we wanted.
