I called Alexanian’s to book have our basement carports cleaned and the runners on the stairs cleaned. when the cleaner showed, he tried to up sell us on a deep clean. If we didn’t sign up for the deep clean then he couldn’t guarantee that stains would come out. We were not told this when the initial call was placed. Otherwise we probably would have went with another company. The fact that they leave it up to the cleaner to up sell at the time when he arrives is misleading. We did not go for the up sell and explained to the cleaner (none of this was his fault) that it would have been nice to have been told this while on the phone dying booking. He said they use to tell customers this but do not anymore. The results of the clean were not good and we were left with areas that remained stained/discoloured. Advice, ask questions about the deep clean and the up sell if you choose to use this company. We will not use them again.
