Got 3 quotes from various companies and went with Eco Choice. Their sales rep make some great suggestions that we incorporated into our specification for comparing quotes. The sample he showed us actually worked too (another company struggled with theirs while for the third, I had to visit their showroom). Installation went smoothly and quickly and the finished job looks great. I had chair rails on the walls that they trimmed accurately for the new, wider trim. They took the time to fill the nail holes in the trim and the exterior caulk is impressively neat. They left the site clean, which wasn't easy given the mud outside. I don't know if this just the current style but the new wood trim is identical to wood trim installed by another company who replaced my three front upper windows 18 months ago. The windows and new patio door work beautifully.

I needed a new air conditioner after my old unit developed a leak that made it not worth repairing. My wife & I decided to go for new furnace at the same time since newer units are significantly cheaper to operate. The quote I got from Mersey was slightly cheaper than others but was based on equipment with better specs, for more comfort and lower ongoing costs. The crew of 3 arrived on time, took care to ensure the path to my basement was covered, dismantled and removed the old furnace and a/c and set up the equipment. The job was done to a higher standard than previous companies I have dealt with. The work is neat and professional. The installers were gone in 6 hours with no trace that they'd ever been, apart from a slight smell of glue and "new furnace", plus the new equipment.

I hired North Shore to replace my eaves-troughs and downspouts and to install a leaf-guard system. They came out to inspect the property, prepared a quote and within a few weeks of my initial contact through their web site, the job was done. I needed a few special items, like relocating one downspout and some accommodation for diverters for my rain barrels (I installed the diverters myself, using the ones my Lions Club sells, after they finished). They worked quickly and efficiently, the new system seems to be superior to what it replaced and feels very solid. The quality of the materials and workmanship is superior to what it replaced. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards so apart from the new eaves-troughs and downspouts, you'd never know they were here. Very satisfied.
