During last week's cold snap, our furnace acted up. We made an emergency call in early on Saturday. A serviceman came immediately to temporarily fix the problem. Nate returned later and discovered that it was because we had cranked the humidity up to the max (10) which caused the damper to freeze shut. Instead of charging us, he spent over an hour making sure it was all back to normal and then spent over 20 minutes explaining to me exactly how the furnace and humidity work together. His professionalism, patience and expertise are why I would recommend this company to my good friends.l

Nate and his team, Landon and Christian, were professional, punctual and very competent. Our two furnaces and ductwork were a disaster. Not only were they very old (our house was built in '59) but they were in the deepest recess of a 4 foot crawl space. We had 3 quotes. One company just told us they wouldn't touch it, the other seemed almost in a panic about the project and weren't sure if how they would do it. Nate come in with such confidence, showing us Before and After photos of a job almost exactly like ours and gave us the number of the client so we could call her. We did and she had rave reviews. For a week, Landon and Christian worked in that horribly cramped and dirty space first dismantling the old and then custom building new ductwork and installing one high-efficiency furnace to replace our old two. Not only was the job beautifully done, but the crawl space was spotless when they left. They used a shop vac to vacuum 50 years of debris, old cement, as well as everything leading to the furnace AND vacuumed the family room! I have worked in the crawl space to store things and to organize and after an hour, my back and knees are done. These professionals worked there 8 hours a day for a week. I was home at the time and could hear them and never once did they swear, despite bumping their heads on the beams more than once. I was SO impressed by this company from start to finish. If I could give 15 out of 10 stars, I would.

We live in a 59 year old house with very worn out, damaged, and yellowed hardwood red oak floors. We thought we'd try having them sanded and refinished instead of having them replaced. Cal came and spent a lot of time giving me an estimate but also talking to me about the process and the options. He was one of 3 quotes I sought and the one who took the most time and effort when coming to give me the quote. We were so impressed with the job we thought he'd replaced some of the boards but he hadn't. The floors look brand new! His standards are clearly very high and he treated us as preferred customers even though we are just a small home compared to the many huge and high end homes he has done. I would definitely, without reservation, recommend Cal to any of my dearest friends if they needed their floors done. Not only a top notch tradesman but a personable, honest and lovely person, too.
