I got my roof reshingled, yesterday. I am glad that I went with Mario's Roofing Inc. What I liked most about Mario is that he takes a job on his own terms. As a self-employed person myself, I can tell that many people succumb to pressure from the consumers, and then start cutting corners. I was confident that a person who sticks to his business ethics will definitely do a great job. I even showed him a lower quote, but he didn't change his price, rather, he went higher than the estimate he gave me in June last year. lol:) The work was done to perfection. Mario and his crew were right on time, and the shingles were delivered on time. The job was finished in about 8 hours from start to finish. I have a puppy and any nails on the ground could be a hazard for him. The crew ran a magnetic sweep of the entire area 2-3 times and then used a blower to clear the pathways and driveways of any debris. The old shingles were cleared and driven away in their container. I was very much fed up with poor quality work done by past duct cleaner. Of course they were cheaper, charging $80-90. I was never satisfied though. I came across Dial One company on Homestars and called them after reading their reviews. Tyler came exactly on dot and spent time explaining me how he will perform the duct cleaning. It was informative and I felt at ease knowing that I am speaking to a professional. It was in 2017. I have recommended them to many, but like me in the beginning, people run away upon hearing the price. Just a few days back, I called them for a client. During the conversation, I asked if I needed duct cleaning again. I was asked a few question as to size of the home, number of persons living in, and how often filters go dirty. Then I was advised to wait for another year or two before getting it done. That's the kind of people I love. They are not money grabber, but true helpers to homeowners. You must call them for your job. I am a real estate broker with RE/MAX and I offer free duct cleaning through Dial One. Fantastic people as they are, I will recommend them even in my deep sleep. My Acer Desktop wouldn't boot nor it will let me go into BIOS to change the booting sequence. All work got stuck. I had to go to Best Buy's Geek Squad as I had purchased 4 years warranty on the system and it was still good till 2017. They took two weeks and called me to pick up. After all delivery papers were done, I just asked him to run it for once for my satisfaction. It didn't boot and it was the same way as I had left with them two weeks ago. The service letter said they replaced the hard drive and tested it for 4 hours. I am totally disappointed. Now another week has passed and the system still hasn't been delivered to their service location. I am angry as hell. DON'T BUY SERVICE PLANS.
