had issues but the company got them resolved. I am guessing sometimes things got broken and unfortunately they have to be replaced just to get the heating system back in the shape it was. I am considering this bill as a 'consultation' that I received for my money.

In general when a system is obsolete, and has not been maintained in several years, parts do wear out or break when it is attempted to use them as they were intended.

Thank-you for your acknowledgement that although the parts that would have been used to complete your service were not operational, you were left with working heat while the parts are being sourced and ordered.

It was quite complicated work and it was accomplished at its best! These guys are very experienced in what they do. And price wise it was better then most of the competitors! Highly recommend them!

This company was recommended to me. After talking to Yuriy (the owner) I have decided to hire them because I was impressed with his knowledge of the subject and the price was right too. So, now everything is completed. They have replaced the soffits, fascia, eves and gator pipes. I am totally happy with the results! Everything is done very quickly and professionally, they also gave me some useful advices and did some extra work. The new drainage system works flawlessly (and looks great too)! Highly recommend!

1. I have never received the actual invoice in the mail 2. The date keep changing all the time and the ‘crew’ was always late. 3. The job was not even finished after I have paid over $750 (although the initial cost supposed to be $350+extra chemicals ~$150) 4. The inspection of the pool with written report was not done 5. The ‘promise’ of hiring a gas licensed technician that could fix the gas heater was never accomplished. 6. Regarding the current invoice (attached) that I have received by fax: a. Additional pump time 2x$65=$130 – this does not make any sense because the professional pump should be capable of performing the suction in 30 minutes or less. b. Service hours Day 2 -> 1.5x2x65=$195 is for what exactly? For just starting the pool equipment (after I have added the necessary amount of water to the pool. no cleaning of the pool was performed, no extra chemicals added). This is way too much. c. After all of this the pool was still dirty and I supposed to pay even more to get it going. 7. So, in total I was charged $754.99 and the service was not even completed. My calls were never returned. HORRIBLE!

Was looking around for a front door replacement. And it is a double door with two sidelites and HUGE transam. Finally found this Company. Was really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the sales (they came to my place to look what could be done). Got bunch of catalogs to review. So far so good... Then went to see the showroom. Wow! Excellent doors!! Superior quality! Talked to Tony (the owner) - he gave me many very good advices regarding the design of my door (I am so happy now because I followed them). Finally the door was manufactured and installed. The installers were real professionals. At the end you get a short questionnaire where you can provide your feedback - nice! The door looks beautiful, the materials and the quality of craftsmanship is superior. I expected the door to be very good but this was above my expectations. The next morning me and my wife were leaving for work, went outside, looked at the door and we both could not believe how beautiful it was...
