Right from the beginning, Reynolds brothers were very responsive and professional. They provided an onsite assessment and then a full quote by email in a timely manner. They were accommodating and consultative when it came to doing the work when I was at home. The installers led by Joel were prompt in attending my home first thing in the Morning of the installation date as promised (they arrived 40 minutes early) and did the work without delay, finishing in the early afternoon. Joel also did some minor repair work to my roof (no charge) and was always willing and able to consult about their work as it progressed, even coming back the next day when we called to make a slight alteration to one downspout. They cleaned up very well after finishing. Always pleasant and professional. The bill arrived by email quickly and was exactly as quoted. I also liked the fact that this company is a family business - I enjoyed dealing with the mother for the onsite assessment (quote) and two sons to book the work and settle the account. I am very pleased with the work - it looks awesome. I would highly recommend this company. Note : When I was deciding on the work, I contacted another provider for a second quote I had to call them twice before they responded. They promised to come out and provide a quote and they never showed up. Clearly, Reynold Brothers has no decent local competition. Rob Crema June 21, 2016
