I received A call on the morning of the app. from my service tec. to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived on time, checked the furnace, told me what he found and if there was a need to change anything. My filter for the humidifier is old. He was very polite. Great service from good company. I recommend this company.

These men are wonderful. They gave a date and a rain date. This summer with the rain it was a good thing. They came on the Friday and were here for only a short while. The work was well done. It was not a big job this time. They were joining the Eves trough from the roof at the back of the house that they installed last year with the new eve trough they were installing. This was to meet up and run into a rain barrel. They also put up some tpr paper because we had pressure treated wood and this would help prevent it from deteriorating . Over that they put the 6" aluminum fascia and the down pipes. I thought they would just put the pipe at the side of the roof but they said that putting it on the roof by the edge was a stronger way and they ran the down pipe down the 4/4 that was there so it was sturdy. We now have so much water off the roof that we need a extra barrel. When they so something they tell you why and how they will do it. So helpful. Thanks you .

We called Enercare to ask about our tec. not showing up only to find out they did not book us. The put us in for our cleaning as soon as they could.

Have I said how much we love the look of our home now. Yesterday our daughter from Toronto saw the house for the first time and she was very complimentary about the outcome. Thank you Neil, Sean and Ryan. ( I hope I got the names right). Thank you to Collette ( mom ) as she was the color consultant and chose colors I wanted, only she added the piazzas. There was also Joel and his team. I would like to thank you for your professionalism, your manners which were considerable and the fact that not one of your employees even cursed and yes a thumb was hit by hammer. These young gentlemen were even polite to each other. Wonderful. The truck showed up at 9:00 Wednesday June 1st. The crew worked until 4:00 cleaned up the bits and pieces including the nails and sweeping the driveway to make surer there were no nails for the tires of the cars to collect. The crew worked as a team, removing the old siding, eves trough, soffit and down spouts. In some cases fixing some bad spots of wood. If something was bothering you or you had a question all you had to do was ask and you would get an answer. If for some reason they had to fix something they told you why and how they would do it. Then working they put it back together. Our house is not a big house but it only took 3 days. Each day was fun to come home and see what they had done that day. What a change. These men were wonderful. When I came home the third day around 3:30ish I was early or so I thought, I figured that soon I could see the house finished. Well .... I came up the street, the house was done and yes I was so impressed that I stopped my car in the middle of the street and stared. I knew it was my house but the change was awesome. I am sure that the neighbours are tired of me just looking at the house from all sides. When I got to looking out the back I noticed that they had even put the rain barrels under the down spouts. They also left the extra downspout for the winter time when we have taken the barrels away. This crew is really great and I would endorse this company to anyone. The Price was good, the work was awesome, employees knowledgeable. What more can I say. A couple of days later I noticed that there was a piece that had loosed under the window. Just a piece of trim. I called Ryan and he came to look and sent me a text stating the guys will pop bye later today to fix it and when I got home from work it was fixed. The are true to their work. If you are interested ask them for the address and come see there work. The Crawfords
