Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Great local contractor, owner Brian from Yake Custom Contracting has been to our house several times to complete small to medium sized projects, that have exceeded our expectations every time. We have a vision in mind and Brian puts that plan into paper and works with us step by step to walk through the process. The integrity is authentic and he can provide you with not only one option to complete the project, but he often provides two to three options to create your vision into life and work with materials for an economical budget or a budget that has more flexibility. He respects the homeowners property and the family that resides in it. Equipment is placed safely away from children and his work space is cleaned daily at the end of the day. He saved us a lot of money by going and doing these renovations with him versus going with the builder. Very trusting contractor and is very transparent, if there is a project that goes beyond the scope of what is required he would inform us right away and how much more time or investment is required for the job to be completed. This gives us the opportunity to prioritize accordingly - what we can do now versus later down the line. His quality and craftsmanship is top-notch and will work on your project to your satisfaction. Can wait to hire him again for future projects. Very approachable and engages you in every step of the process. He clarifies your project to the "T" to ensure he does the right thing the first time. Other past contractors we had in the past would commit to a project and not know what they are doing, or they cannot finish the job so we would have to spend more time and money on other contractors to finish it. With Brian, he completes it correct the first time. Examples of creativity and willingness to go the extra mile: 1) We bought a Fireclay Farmhouse sink which is beautiful but far from even on all angles. He cut the side oak panels perfectly so they do not have any large gaps where the sink would sit in place. 2) Cut the cabinet doors under the sink by 1/3 so that the doors appear have been custom and original. If we have gone with the kitchen company, the door would have to be custom made and take an additional 8 to 12 weeks to complete with a large price tag. Brian used the same doors and was able to complete it in 2 hours. 3) Fireplace shiplap material all had different depths to it, but we wanted it flat for our look. Brian was able to use the variety of pieces on the back of the tv wall mount and the sides facing in the front appear all one level. I attached a few photos for samples of some of his great work.

I contacted OR, back a year ago for a quote for Garage Painting project and out of 8 different quotes I found him and his company the best. However, that project did not go through because I wanted to delay it. A year later I wanted to proceed to have some interior paint done and he was my preferred company for the job. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but the best value based on job experience, people skills and professionalism. Or and Edan are great painters, pay attention to detail and provide great options and recommendations on the job. They give you a written quote, contract and all their staff are trained by them. We had prior painters that did not complete the job and never returned, bad experience in the past and our trust in contractors was not the same. But, Or and Edan are not like that at all, and they quickly gained our trust since they are easily reachable and can address any concerns you may have. I recommended to my family and they will go to Or and his company for their painting needs very soon. I have more unpainted walls that I will hire Or again and again.

Had some renovations completed in our 9 year old kitchen with new countertops installed, hardware, trim work, lightning to enhance and upgrade our 'builder kitchen'. However, we've been searching for a better shelving unit to organize the contents in our kitchen. The search was on. We explored different options; DIY, to other department store offerings (wired pull-out shelves) and competitors of Dan the Drawer Man, but Dan the Drawer Man had the best offer, value and product that was very affordable. Dan provided us with a quote, and was not pushy at all. He explained the process, the time it will take to make and the time it will take to install. The product, the company behind the product - Dan, was amazing to deal with and we cannot wait to get more shelves installed in the future. Solid wood product, not wired or plastic. We are extremely happy about this investment and love our new pull out drawers!!

After having several bad customer experiences and numerous "False" alarms with our old alarm system, the only solution my prior company offered was to replace our old system with a new one plus pay double the monthly fees and additional installation fees. Other company giving me the price of $52/monthly and can only offer me half the services I get with Think Protection. After getting several quotes with the competitors and looking at wireless options, Think Protection gave the best options with a 30 day guarantee and 3 year warranty on parts. I like that we are not stuck with a 3 year contract. I have no issues with the system, I like the application the most and I can see what activities come up with push notifications, text and emails. Only issue I had was with the camera connection, being outside. I called and Think Protection gave some recommendations and I installed a wifi extender for further connectivity and that fixed the issue. Looking forward to upgrading along the way to enhance my alarm system. Great option for Home Alarm system.
