The installation guys arrived on time and explained to us what were needed to complete the installation of our new gas boiler. They were worked very efficiently and left our basement in great condition (very clean).

Chimney and wood stove cleaning
We had our chimney and wood stove cleaned and inspected and were very happy with the service we received. My husband felt very comfortable using the wood stove once he received a lesson on how to use it safely (we moved in a few years ago and never touched it before). We even had the liner of our gas boiler chimney checked as well. Thanks for the great service!

I called Mayday Drain services to do an inspection of my floor drains to ensure they were in good working order (planning on getting some additional renos done). Roy arrived and came in and did the job and then some... He helped map out my drains and answered a plethora of questions I had in regards to plumbing renos for my basement. Not only that I mentioned that I was looking for people to do additional work and he followed up immediately with me a couple hours afterward. I would not hesitate to contact Roy again if I ever had any plumbing problems!
Mark and Rich came in to do a window re-installation, for a window that was ordered incorrectly. At first I was very worried that the finishes and trims around my window would be damaged as my contractor had built the trims completely around the window frame. However they came in an assured me it would look as good as new. I was very satisfied with the result (SEE THE PICS!). Not only that, they also provide excellent customer service. They completed a job that my previous contractor did not finish which was latexing all the windows in my house. Even though they were running a bit late for their next job! The only reason I have rated them 9 out of 10 is because the original window order should have been ordered correctly. But other then that I hope to have them do my doors one day as well.

We worked with Lauren T at the Castlefield location to purchase our marble floor tiles, vanity and kitchen and vanity faucets. She was very easy to speak with and gave us competitive pricing on all our purchases (she even priced matched with another store for us). We picked up most items from their Mississauga location as it was closer to their final destination except for our vanity which we had delivered. The only negative feedback was that it took longer than expected to have our vanity delivered. Each time I asked, I was told it would arrive by the end of that week (or the next) but in the end, it took nearly a month to arrive at my house. Not sure if there really was a delay at the manufacturer (in Montreal) or if they honestly didn't know how long it would take to arrive.
Refinished and stained all original floors
We hired Demetris to refinish our 80 year old house's original oak floors. The kitchen was in the worst shape and we needed some patching done in our sunroom as we removed an oddly placed bathroom leaving some holes in the floor. He didn't hesitate to patch up other smaller holes found in the floor either! Demetris was very professional and answered our questions about the process, whether it was better to replace or refinish our floors and even suggested a stain that would best match our existing wood trim and doors and worked much better than what I originally wanted. I know now that my original floor stain would have been too dark - thank goodness he took the time to show us the different stains he thought would work best. We're very impressed with the end result - the floors look brand new and really puts the finishing touch on our house. Thank you so much Demetris!
We ordered a bathtub and all plumbing parts and fixtures for it from Ash after receiving a recommendation from family. Ash gave us a very competitive quote for all these pieces. When it came to delivery, I mentioned I wasn't able to help bring the new tub inside as I'm currently pregnant and they made sure they had 2 delivery people that day. Unfortunately, they accidently delivered 2 boxes of our order to a another customer, but once I realized they were missing (nearly a month after delivery) they found the missing parts and had them ready for delivery/pick-up within a day. It was an honest mistake but they handled the situation very professionally.
