I called Alex from GTA Direct Windows and Doors Inc. He was very polite, patient and helpful over the phone. Couple days later he sent his guys over and I chose the door that I like. Manufacture of the door took exactly what Alex told me. On the install day installers showed up on time and they did a great work. I’m completely satisfied with this company from A to Z
