I was more than satisfied with SWAT from the initial phone call to the technicians' (Josh and Eden) service. On the phone, Patty gave us a detailed explanation of what the procedures were, took down our information, and the technicians arrived just after noon when I had called in the morning to describe our situation. The technicians were professional, respectful, and told us what they were going to do help us fix the situation. They went above and beyond what I expected!
