Samsung customer service referred me to Elite for my fridge repair and the experience with Elite customer care and technician was pleasant in the beginning. However, the repair work didn’t solve the problem and infact I had to call them back to fix it again. I was given numerous assurances by the technician that the problem was fixed and how they are Samsung’s authorized repair centre for a reason. But the same problem occurred again and Elite did not really help me in this situation. Nor did Samsung. I paid for a service that never fixed the problem. Never buying Samsung and never getting Elite to repair my appliances. For those who are curious, there is ice build up in the fridge vents and as a result the fridge doesn’t cool properly. And the fan inside is hitting the ice so it makes a loud noise. Yeah we had to throw out a lot of food. Thanks Elite and Samsung for making the lockdown even more unbearable.

They take good care of your lawn by providing various services all built into one package. I personally like it that way and plus they always answer the phone to answer my questions.

Super fast, Super clean, and amazing work. The guys were very patient with our questions and also made suggestions which helped us achieve the look we wanted to. There could not have been better service than from Mr. Potlights. I will call them again for future light installation work as well.

This was the best move we've experienced! Alex and his team are super polite and extremely hard working people. They were also mindful of what goes where and did their best in ensuring everything was in its place. We've dealt with a lot of cranky movers before but Alex was always jovial and ready to help.
