Both Spencer & Luis represented the company very well and were obviously highly experienced at their work . They were very personable and left the job site in perfect order. The concrete that required levelling in our pool shed is now perfectly level and I am comfortable with it staying that way. The company's 5 year warranty definitely adds to the comfort level!! Marc was quick to respond and squeezed us into his busy schedule. My pool pump was not running after opening the pool last weekend. Every time the circuit was enabled, it tripped the breaker. Marc found the faulty switch, replaced it and we were up and running. We really appreciated Marc taking the time to fix our problem in such short notice. Thanks Marc!!!

Richard is a very knowledgeable individual and straight shooter when it comes to his business of furnace/AC installation & maintenance. I was very comfortable speaking to him about my heating situation and had confidence in his team's work ethics. Richard kept me updated before and during the installation day. This was the second project we had Speers provide the product and installation service. Due to a fantastic job on the 1st project which cost over $16000, it was an easy decision to have Speers back for our 2nd project. The Speers team performed as they said they would and to our total satisfaction. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and the look of our new floors is fantastic. Peter and his team at Speers are highly recommended for any flooring project you bring to them.

The Raptor guys arrived early for their appointment to clean & evaluate my gutter situation. They removed a lot of roofing shingle stones from various areas of the gutters but told me my gutters were fine for the next several years. I'm always glad to receive good news. We discussed window cleaning and I hired them back to clean all the exterior windows. These guys are good honest people and I highly recommend them for any of the services that they offer.

We recently had our complete property, that was cover in interlocking stone, redone with patterned concrete. That project left us with a need to have a lot of restoration work to be done on our lawn & gardens. We contracted a company to do the work but they did not start when expected so we hired Absolute Home Services (AHS) who were very accommodating with such short notice. They started the following week and after 4 days of building a retaining wall, building up several gardens beds, regrading the lawn around where new concrete was laid and several other landscaping things we needed, AHS completed our project to our complete satisfaction. Hi highly recommend Jason, Jay and their team for any landscaping work you need done.

After reviewing several companies that do stucco work, we decided on hiring Drenica Construction to refinish our exposed foundation, six basement window frames and the double posts on the front porch. Besart did an amazing job and we have received several compliments on the fresh new look of our house. Besart is very professional and treats his customer and the property with the utmost respect and care. I highly recommend Drenica Construction!! See attached before and after pics. We decided to invest in an upgrade to our property and we're glad we trusted Patterned Concrete Mississauga (PCM) to do the work. We have had no regrets with selecting Peter, Dino and their teams! The HomeStars reviews and PCM’s list of completed jobs over the past 20 years provided to us with the quote made our decision relatively simple. After visiting several of their 10 year old projects here in Milton, we were sold. We signed a contract for close to 3,000 sq ft of patterned concrete work in May 2020 with their salesman Tom. The job included removing enough interlocking stone to fill 4 large dump trucks before laying the 4 or 5 cement trucks of concrete. Tom is truly knowledgeable and experienced in providing accurate quotes for the company. We were told our project would start in approximately 6 weeks. Come early July during the heat wave, we spoke to the owner, Peter, who said the project would run longer than expected due to the extreme heat and his teams working shorter days due to the heat. We were not interested in closing our pool and the use of our property for potentially 6+ weeks. Peter suggested that we delay the project until September and enjoy the pool for the summer. Our family was so glad that we went with his suggestion! Come early September, we requested to have our project start September 21st after we scheduled to close the pool September 20th. Our project started on September 21st! After 5 weeks of various teams arriving to layout, excavate, form, grade, rebar, pour concrete and then the following 4 stages to finish the project, our property is beautiful! Special thanks to the foremen Elio, Joseph, Carlos, Matthew, Rohan & PM Dino for being so accommodating to our requests. We presented PCM with a challenging project requiring creative design changes to address grading issues and everything was delivered meeting our expectations. PCM does not compromise regarding grading and water runoff. In the end, that is an essential factor in designing and building a quality product. In 2017 we decided to invest in our home by renovating the kitchen. Included in the project was new flooring. After talking to several flooring providers, we selected Speers Flooring in Oakville to install our new tile floors from the front foyer and hall through to the kitchen and butler’s pantry into the laundry room. As well they got our order for new backsplash in our kitchen & laundry rooms. The salesrep Greg was very helpful and suggested great options to consider. The installer and his helper were amazing and their work was meticulous and performed on schedule. We love our new tile floor, backsplashes and floor baseboards. We highly recommend Speers Flooring for all your flooring and tile projects.

In 2017 we decided to invest in our home by renovating the kitchen. After talking to several kitchen renovators, we selected Cabinet Dimensions in Milton to design & install our new kitchen. We met with Sharlene to go over what we wanted, and she provided creative suggestions to finalize our requirements. We were extremely comfortable with Sharlene and her knowledge and experience in the business. She prepared professional drawings of what the final design would be and a plan for the installation. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the product was excellent. We were so confident in the process that we expanded the project to include a powder room and the laundry room. The installer Phil was incredibly good at making everything come together and did some extra work for us including plastering walls and ceilings, installing the new range hood vent as well as some crown molding around the breakfast area that we asked for.
