They were reliable, approachable, professional. I bought all of the stuff there too and the man came to look at my house to compare the colours and make sure everything would work in my home. The attention to detail was impressive.
The salesperson was good and fair. Told the length of time for orders. Times to install was made at my convenience. Workers on time, clean, respected property. Usually 2 workers so job was done on time. Work was inspected by myself, had to sign a report on completion. Called after work to make sure i was satified.
Owner came to house, quote on site and gave discount. Very respectable, listened to my problems, work was done on time. Workers were respectful, kept areas clean. Was able to watch them work and ask questions, was informed why certain work was being done. Asked me if I wanted weeping tile flushed while they were there. Brought in water truck with pressure equipment and flushed tile. Sealed up leaks, rubber applicator, rubber mat on walls. Filled in holes, cleaned up areas. Billing was done by mail. Pleased with work.
