Sales were first class, no pressure with Boris he explains the pros with each furnace option, you make the decision. After reviewing all options we selected the higher efficiency and have been really impressed with the improvement versus our previous furnace. The installation crew were also first class. They arrived on time were hard working and knew their stuff. Their politeness just another plus. Everything was cleaned up perfectly.
