My experience with Kempenfelt windows was very positive. I was given an approximate installation date and was called a week head with a time then was called the day of installation that they would be delayed an hour . They were all poliite and professional they cleaned up complettly. I am extremely happy with both the windows and door and have noticed a difference In the temperature around the windows already.

Clean quick and well done. The workers were efficient and spent time showing us how to change filters and explained other ways to maintain efficiency.
