Use caution when hiring this company. we did not hire them or paid for services Unprofessional, they came for a quotation, checked the measurements they were 20 ft more than other contractors. the man said they were approximate. Asked for type of hardware and wood they use the manager said they don't use Home depot did not say what they use. The other contractors who provided a quote had exact measurements and display of fence and material they use. The day after the quotation a guy from Octa came to our door wanted us to sign a contract for the fence was pushy. I said to him the size is off by about 20 feet and there are no details on material or final cost, he wanted us sign and he'll fill the details and numbers after we sign. We are suspicious not going with this company. We don't sign without all the details and numbers

Amazing to deal with. Sam the president is great guy Best price and workmanship no shortcuts taken very professional. Calls were returned on time. In the business for 50 years. Without hesitation I strongly recommend this company. I am not related to the above company. Only a customer.

Delays in closing 4 times. 3 times in one month + construction strike follows no place to go costing us 10G for rental and storage. Workmanship trades is shoddy especially hardwood floors. At PDI hot water tank (rental) pex water pipes were leaking causing large pool of water on basement floor. Was fixed. This is our 3rd new home. Have purchased homes from George Wimpy homes and Greenpark and never had any problems. My rating is average. Customer service was very good.
