Very happy with the fence, looks really good, and really solid material..i was thinking of a few companies in the area to go with, but im happy we went with Octa..

Professional, friendly and work was done in a timely manner. Mo the lead hand in this whole project was transparent from the start in terms of cost, time to finish and materials. They are a big group in this fence building so they use their own materials and they are quality mateirals.

Our neighbourhood put up board over board, full privacy fence and 6x6 boards.

Fully insured so you don't have to worry about anything in terms of their work. To give part of my story, during the first week of installation when the crew was digging holes for the main post, their workers dinged and damage my AC unit.

Mo was helpful and immediately notified me and had a solution. Within a weeks time the AC unit was replaced with a brand new unit and installed by professional HVAC, certified tech.

Finally, there was no upfront cost. Payment collection occurred after the fence project was complete.

Mo was professional in his approach. His team finished otherwise of the street and our neighbours liked it so we hired him. Got the job done within a week for for 10-15 units. Very attentive and responsive in our inquiries. Thank you Mo!

Our whole community signed an agreement for a standard fence design (board-over-board, 6x6 posts capped, etc.).

What we initially got was a hideous inconsistent looking fence with boards sticking up on the other side. Owner initially didn't want to acknowledge contributing to the issue but they are the experienced fence professionals so should have foresaw how unsightly it would have been and advised the neighbours against it and the problems it would cause.

After several unnecessary meetings, the issue was finally resolved and the boards have been removed, but it never should have happened in the first place.

Aside from that, the fence was terminated right in front of a drain spout so that it drains right to the fence. Why would you want to direct moisture into wood.

And the handle placements on the gate was rather unsightly and not to our liking. I don't want unnecessary holes on the gate, so I'd rather change the placement myself.

Would be a much higher rating if we didn't have to go through that whole ordeal with the fence boards, etc. But at least it is resolved now.

UPDATE: it seems the resolution was fake just so that they could collect payment. They have now out the boards back up and despite the owner calling and saying it was not him, I just saw the crew today and recognize them from day one. The owner is dishonest and will be untruthful right to your face. See the last picture of the product you get from this company.

Don't trust these guys and the owner. Horrible business practices.

Having my fence built has never been so easy. I own a couple of houses and theres always the issue of home owners needing to deal with other home owners in the neighborhood to get everyone to agree on one company to keep the look consistent. But with OCTA, I never had to worry about a thing with their great prices and Mo taking care of all the home owners, having my fence built has never been this easy. And this is my fifth time working with OCTA and their quality of work has never disappointed me.
