We had a good experience with Shade-O-Matic shutter manufacturer. Their representative came to our home measured and wrote up the order for us. We had the shutters installed on every window in our house, so it was a big job. There was an ordering error on their part and the wrong product was sent to us, but they compensated us by refunding us 25% and installing all of the shutters for free! That was more than satisfactory for us. We have been pleased with the shutters ever since we got them and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for shutters for their home.

We had bought our central vacuum system from Halton Vacuum several years ago when we built our first home. Recently we went in to order a part for it and were surprised that the store kept all of our information on file from our original purchase and could tell us exactly what we needed and what would work for our vacuum. They also gave us some good advice about maintenance and how to correct a problem that we were having with it. It was a really nice surprise that a company would care that much about servicing you, no matter how long ago you bought something from them. We're in the process of buying another vacuum for our new home, and we'll definitely be getting it from there. Highly recommended!

We have always had great experiences purchasing all of our lawn and garden products from Terra Greenhouses. They always carry high quality product and offer competitive prices. Last year we had a problem with small moles chewing up our lawn. A Terra representative suggested things that we could do to repair the damage and also gave us some tips on preventing it next time. Since then, no more moles!

We had a really good experience buying some elegant lighting for our home at Lando. We bought 2 chandeliers and some outdoor lanterns and were really impressed with the large selection of styles that they offered. We also had very good service, even though the store was really busy at the time we went there. We will definitely be going there again.
