I had been looking for shelving for above my washer for quite some time, we tried many home improvement stores , but no luck, so my husband was ready to build me one, but before I agreed my friend told me to go to Ikea, so we did we have a great shelving unit above my washer it even has a rod to hang up items to dry, I am very happy :) :) , and it costs around 100.00 witch is not too bad at all.
a window that was forgotten about
When we first moved into our brand new home 5 years ago. we did not really notice that a window could be seen on the outside but not on the inside, so over the years we kind of wondered why the house like ours had 2 windows and we only had 1 ?? So one day my husband and i were outside and saw this window that was never cut out on the inside of our house?? , so we contacted Trade Mark Homes , so they sent out a worker and he cut out the window framed and painted it and the wall too, We were very happy, Trade Mark Homes are great I would reccomend the Company to my friends and family.
We bought the house from trademark and have had a great experience. When the house was built they boarded up one of the windows when you bought it. They had drywalled over it. When we called them they came immediately and added the window immediately. We are also happy with the home - it was a brand new home and nothing has happened since.
I have two cats and they cleaned our carpets throughout the house and the smell was fantastic after they were done. It was light and the house smelled fresh. I told my sister and she used them and had the same great experience.
