IKEA Canada - Coquitlam

The worst delivery system ikea has. They deal with a company that does not care at all about customers or gives a hoot. You are treated like some piece of garbage. They will give you a 5 hr window for delivery, but it will never arrive. When you call them they will never tell you the truth to you that they are stuck in traffic and than they will tell you that they have other customers to take care off. The 1st time Ithey were late 2 hrs. The 2nd time they were late 3hrs. No communication at all. Iam
just appalled that such a big company like this can do this to its customers. I had spent almost $5000 dollars and also paid for the delivery, it was not like it was for free. So if you want to get anything delivered good luck.

We loved our red dresser to accent our "London" themed guest room. It was perfect! and great quality!!! Thank you! It made it look to cozy for when our guests stay over!

I go to this Ikea on a regular bases to shop for display items for merchandising. I love how Ikea has simple yet effective designs in small packages that fits perfectly for store. My favorite items include a regular book shelf, a full size mirror and anything from the office supplies section.

I bought a cupboard from Ikea beginning of September for my bedroom. I had schedule a home service delivery with IKEA for Thursday 5pm -9pm .On Wednesday They called me and informed me that they have only 1-5 pm delivery for Thursday. Because of we scheduled delivery with IKEA on Thursday , In a same day I scheduled Handyman who was going to assemble that cupboard...Because of IKEA couldn't deliver it on Thursday Unfortunately I paid 50$ to Handyman even though I didn't get any service .Later I called IKEA customer service , The good part about this call IKEA customer service handled my case fast and speedily in positive way and credit to me 50$

Recently purchased a futon bed for the kids playroom. Very affordable and nice quality. The staff were helpful. Lots of colours to choose from. The kids found it comfortable to sleep on. I will recommend Ikea to everyone.

Amazing quality ffor the price. It took a little while to assemble everything but we are very happy with everything we have ever purchased from Ikea. Staff is always great too. GO HERE!

Conquering home office clutter was the order fo the day and when time came for me to finally tackle this , i headed down to Ikea to see which systems were available. I needed something for the usual stationery as well as other assorted knick knacks. I ended up settling on their new plastic Kupol modular drawer units which come in a variety of sizes and fit well. Overall, they fit the purpose but i think they could have refined their design a little better, much like Japan's Muji Corp. and priced it a bit better, too. Nonetheless, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. One other place to consider for a similar product: the Container Store (online or in-store in the States; not available in Canada, yet).

Not only are their products cheap and reliable, their services are also exceptional. Free diapers, free baby food when you buy an adult meal, and for family day, free kids meals. Let me tell you, I got some nice trees for just $8-$12, and some LED lightbulbs for a really good price.

Ikea had the most reasonable priced kitchens that give you a modern design and good quality. With the assitance of a kitchen design company our plan was put together and we are super pleased. This was bought at the kitchen sale and it saved 10%

I purchased a Sultan Hanestad a few months ago. My boyfriend and I were used to a very cushiony old mattress, so it was a major adjustment, to go to most firm. The mattress was okay for me, but harder on him, with his super bad back. SO today we exchanged it for the Sutan Hallen, the other mattress we were thinging of getting originally. SO far I can already tell a difference; excited to see once we’ve readjusted to it. Overall the whole experience has been pretty decent, fingers crossed.
