During my 2016 renovation, I heard about the store. As the store is close by my work, I decided to swing by to see what they have. Within 5 seconds walking into the store, I was greeted by one of their friendly staff offering assistance. Prices are extremely reasonable. They have wide range of products/hardware. Since then, I have went back numerous times.

This review is long overdue. Back in 2015, while living in a rental unit, we asked Glenn to come over for a quote for a RO system. Glenn came over at night when it was convenient for us. He tested the tap water, showed us the results, and provided a quote shortly after. His price is very reasonable. We were ready to proceed but our property management, due to their rental policy, disallowed such modification to our water line. We thanked Glenn for his time. Fast forward to 2016. We bought a house. April 2016, we asked Glenn to come over for a quote for a RO system. He came over at a convenient time for us. Once again, he tested the tap water, showed us the results, and provided a quote shortly after. His price is very reasonable. RO System was installed in May 2016. Glenn and his installer came over on time. The installation was very clean and organized. They cleaned up after themselves. System has been running very good. Fast forward to Oct 2017. I need to have a few filters replaced. I contacted Glenn for a quote for these filters. Price is very reasonable. His store closes at 7pm. With my work hour and a baby, there is no way I could make it to the store before 7pm. It would have the be the weekend...But Glenn informed me that he can swing by my house to drop off the filters at night. When he arrived, even though he doesn't have to, he double checked the RO system and make sure everything is in working condition. He also gave me a few advises on how to replace the filters so I would not damage the system by accident. Glenn went beyond my expectations to quote/install/service my RO system. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a water system.

Had a dead tree removed on the back of my house. The tree is taller than my 2 story house. Excellent service. They showed up on time. Did the job as per the agreement.

I had 4 doors replaced. Just like all major renovations, there are always unexpected findings. Dave R stands behind his company and resolved the issues. During the initial quotation, my expectations differed than Dave's. Dave remained respectful and adhered to my wishes. I requested to re-quote a few times and Dave didn't lose his patience. During installation, a few hiccups came up. Dave was able to respond quickly and resolve the hiccups. He even came by after installation to verify door quality and installation. to after support, He even came by after the installation to check the door quality and installation. A year after installation, I noticed caulking in a few isolated spots were peeling slightly. Even though it was a small 15 min job that I can do myself, I contacted Dave to see if he would warrant his work. He promised that he will send someone if they are in my area. I told him it is not urgent. For a few months, I didn't hear from him. I thought maybe he forgot or purposely ignored. Then he surprised me and told me his crew will come to redo the caulking. I was only expecting them to redo the region with the peeling caulking. To my surprise, they redid the entire caulking for the 2 doors!! Thank You for the great doors!!

I found Four Season Comfort on Red Flag Deals forum where many people have praised for his great product/service/price throughout 2014/2015/2016. I contacted Craig at the end of May 2016 for initial consultation. Initial visit... Despite it was a busy hot summer, Craig managed to squeeze me in for an appointment. He showed up on time. Unlike some companies who tried to sell me the most expensive package, Craig was very honest and explained all options clearly. A quote was sent within 24 hours after the visit with a full breakdown so I was very clear what was included. Installation... Craig understood my situation. I just moved into a new home with no AC. It will be a hot summer and my baby will be arriving in a month or so. He was able to squeeze me into his tight schedule. Installation was 2 weeks after I gave Craig a deposit. His 2-man crew showed up on time and were very courteous. My house was freshly renovated with marble and hardwood flooring. His crew laid down floor sheets to protect the flooring. They cleaned up nicely after the job. Communication... Craig was able to answer and address my questions very quickly. After installation, he called to make sure everything is okay. There were a few things that were slightly damaged (very minor) during shipment. Craig ordered the new panel covers and installed them in September. There was some delay with the energy rebate (not Craig’s fault) but he went beyond his line of duty to ensure I get my $400 rebate. He also repainted part of my AC frame which might have got scratched during shipment or installation. Future job... I will use them again without hesitation and recommend Craig to my friends and family. Summary: - Craig is very honest throughout the entire process from the initial visit to the very end - from dealing/consulting with many (+100) contractors throughout my major renovation, I must say Craig is in the top 3. - Craig and his men are dependable - excellent communication with Craig - his men did a very good job on a professional and personal level - 10/10 doesn't even describe how good they are

Staff are friendly and not pushy. We purchased a ceiling fan and a pendant crystal light. One week later when my contractor was installing the pendant crystal light, it was discovered one crystal was missing. Panet Lighting was able to provide the missing part with no hassle. Highly recommended.

My interior designer recommended we use Golden Summit. We had to revised our design a few times due to unexpected discoveries on our end and had to adjust the design due to price. Wendy was able to work with my interior designer to resolve all issues. Parts arrive on time and as described. Highly recommended.

We had a water backing up from the basement drain and I rent a snake machine from home depot a few days prior to clear the drain. I hired Roy to inspect the drain to check if the clog issue has been resolved. Roy was recommended by one of the city of Markham employees. Roy came over came over (and on time) at a convenient time for my wife and I. Roy was very polite and informative. Highly recommended.

For initial visit, Louis came over at a convenient time for me around 7pm. He took his time explaining all options clearly and was very honest. A quote was sent within a few days. Louis and Tony was able to answer my questions very quickly throughout the entire process. We also went to his showroom twice. His staffs at his showroom were also very informative and not pushy. 15 Windows (brick to brick) were replaced in march 2016. Tato came to do the installation. After installation, it was noticed a crank handle needed to be replaced. Tato came back within 2 weeks to replace the damaged handle. 100% positive experience with W&D. Highly recommended.

Great communication with Lewis. He replied to my emails within 24 hours. Price was very reasonable even with the complexity of my roof-insulation job. He and his crew are very professional. Roof work was done on April 12/13th 2016. My brother (who is a civil engineer/inspector) and I went on the roof to inspect their work. My brother said job was well done. Highly recommended.

Initial visit... Darren came over at a convenient time for me at 7am. He came from Port Perry which meant he woke up very early for my convenience. Unlike some companies who tried to sell me the most expensive package, Darren was very honest and explained all options clearly. A quote was sent within 24 hours after the visit. 2nd visit... My insulation job was not simple. It required some coordination with a roofing company. Darren came over 2nd time to clarify and explain how everything would tie together. Once again, he came at at a convenient time for me at 7am. Days leading up to the job... Darren was able to answer my questions and concerns within a few hours by emails and/or phone calls. On the day of April 13th 2016... Darren and his crew showed up on time. There was some slight delay with the roof work which was performed by another company (Not Stevens Insulation's fault!!). Instead of standing around and being useless, Darren and his crew climbed onto the roof to help the roofer. Once the roof was removed, it was discovered the work scope need to increase. At that point, Darren could have totally taken advantage of me and charge me a huge amount knowing that I will never have another chance to redo the insulation. Instead, Darren gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot for the increased work scope. His crew was also very polite and respectful. They explained everything before, during, and after the job. They also did a very good job cleaning up. I inspected their work. Foam were sprayed over multiple passes, allowing curing in between. Baffles were installed where needed. Future job... I will use them again for my attic without hesitation. Summary: - Darren is very very honest throughout the entire process from the initial visit to the very end - Darren and his men are dependable - great communication with Darren and his men - his men did a very good job on a professional and personal level - 10/10 doesn't even describe how good they are *** Update....for the 2nd part of the job over May 9-11th 2016... The job involved exisiting insualtion removal, spray foaming, and blown-in cellulose in the main attic. Job also includes installing baffles and re-insulating the hatch cover. Crew showed up on time. Crew put up drop sheets and cardboards to protect my newly renovated home. Darren inspected everything before starting. He communicated with his crew to ensure everything is clear. Once again, job was well done. On the day of May 10th, during the spray foam application, one of the crew took a wrong step in the attic and cracked the ceiling. It can happen as it is dark, hot, with limited space, and poor visibility. Darren stepped up and paid for the ceiling repair. If I ever have to do insulation again in the future, I will go with Darren. It is rare to find someone that will: - answer emails/calls on time - have great communication between customer and his crew - his crew showing up on time and finishing on time - his crew having diligence to cover and protect your home - honest throughout the entire process - his crew is competent and did the job perfectly - covering the cost of repair if his crew damages something
