I ordered two yards of topsoil to be delivered to our home. The soil was to be organic and double screened. The delivery was a few hours later than promised, but that was not much of a problem. The soil was not of good quality. There was a lot of wood chunks and twigs in the product which were left on the soil surface once the lawn seed was watered. I was not happy with the product as it was not good for growing new grass seed.

The garage door spring broke when I opened the door in the morning. The door could no longer be opened in the usual fashion. I called the Doorman who came by the same day to complete the repair. The repair was completed with no problems for a reasonable fee and the part had a 3 year warranty.

Our gas furnace stopped working before noon on a cold day. I phoned Milani's and a repairman was at our house by 2:00, and the furnace was repaired by 3:00. The repairman man was clean and efficient. We did not have to spend the night without heat.

The job was completed efficiently and we were given a 3 year warranty on the parts. I was happy to have the service completed within the same day.

I receive a prompt estimate of the cost for the pipe replacement. The workers arrived at the time agreed and completed the service. The service took a bit longer than estimated to complete, but the cost did not change. The job was completed well although there were some difficulties during the process. The process used to line the old pipe was very neat and tidy as it required no digging of a trench in the front yard. I felt that the job had some complications because the process was still fairly new.

We did some research on window installations at the Fall Home Show. We also talked to some friends and neighbours that had had similar work done recently. We selected Centra Windows to do the job because we liked their product, the price was competitive and they were members in good standing with the BBB and the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Assoc. Centra completed the work as promised and we have been happy with the job.
