I have used Cyclone Irrigation for both a repair and the blowout of the irrigation system. Both times I have used this company they have been very professional and have done the jobs quickly. It is a little hard to get hold of them, especially at the beginning or end of a season but once you do the service is great.

I purchased a drill and driver set that I needed for a project. I also needed new batteries for the tools I had at home. In this package i received a charger and two new batteries. The cost of the package was only a few dollars more than just the batteries! I also received a circular saw as a bonus! Great salesmanship to make sure I got the best deal.

Bought a washer and dryer from Leon's and service was great. Got it home and the hose that was sent with the washer had a hole in it and it leaked all over our basement. Leon's did not have another hose. We had to call LG and they told us it would take a couple of weeks. After much insistence and escalation through the ranks my husband managed to get them to courier one to us which took a few days. Since then we have found out this unit does not have hot water which is a known problem. LG service is very inflexible and we will have to wait until our schedules will fit theirs to have it repaired. Happy with the product very dissatisfied with the service.

We were looking for a new washer and dryer that would fit into a specific space. We went to Leon's and they had an amazing deal on a new pair that was less than half the price of anywhere else. We purchased them and arranged for delivery. All went well until we ran the washer and there was water everywhere. After pulling it out we found a hole in the drain hose. Leon's did not have a replacement hose so we had to contact LG Service. They said it would take two weeks to get a hose. After a great amount of insistence by my husband LG agreed to courier out a hose which we received a couple of days later. Service was great at Leon's but LG has not been so great. We need a repair and LG is very inflexible for scheduling appointments.

Installed 2 furnaces and 1 air conditioner. They had some difficulties but worked through them. They came back a couple of times to fix small problems but service was very good and we were compensated for our time.

We required a hot water tank and after we purchased it was installed by a plumber sent out from Pete the Plumber. He was punctual, personable and even fixed a small mistake he noticed that had been previously done by another plumber from a different company.

Very prompt to get out and give us an estimate after a hail storm. They gave great advice and service. They explained everything well so we were able to understand what was going to be done why things would be done in a particular way. Thank you.
