Bad customer service, No care about his customers. I have called 3 times for a service and the techs never have showed up. They were calling the wrong number and even when the service could be done within the time frame that they gave me , the tech refused to provide it. Whirlpool did not care about and asked me to reschedule again the service. The worst service ever...
