Bad customer service, No care about his customers. I have called 3 times for a service and the techs never have showed up. They were calling the wrong number and even when the service could be done within the time frame that they gave me , the tech refused to provide it. Whirlpool did not care about and asked me to reschedule again the service. The worst service ever...

I bought my appliances from this company later in 2009 and after 10 months they haven't delivered all of them. I spoke with all the staff that I could reach, incluiding GM, Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager. They don't know what service means. I would make my exprience public to see if I could reach asa many honeowner as we can. I wish that I could talk to the owners of that company as well. Appliance Canada should be closed down.
