I wasn't blown away by the service. Took a while to get a quote and then my installation date was rescheduled because the installer had an "emergency" to attend to. Also, I was billed incorrectly and have to wait for a refund. Maybe this was a one off situation because most people seem to have no issues with them. In my situation, I would have hoped for an apology or compensation for all the wait time, but nothing like that happened.

Boris and team and fantastic to deal with. Always prompt and punctual and very reasonably priced. Their products are reliable and they have expert knowledge on heating and air conditioning. Highly reccomended!

It is always a pleasure to do business with Rent WOW. Their staff members are extremely friendly and helpful and they have a great selection to choose from. Their delivery service is very reliable and reasonably priced compared to other rental furniture companies.
