The team performed maintenance of furnace and gave excellent recommendations for smart home metres. They also taught me a few tricks about my fireplace. I would, without a doubt, use them again.

Had provided my c.c over the phone when requesting service back in 2009 for a tenant. Repair was done though c.c. never charged and I didn't notice. I was sent to collections, paid in full right away to avoid credit history and years later the bad record still appears on my record. They're quick to charge, slow in service and snail's pace in updating records.

Had a leaky freezer & the repairman could point point the problem as before starting - he even helped clean up some of the dust behind the fridge. The freezer works fine since then! The appointment was made over the phone and the person was courteous and punctual.

Mark and Jamie gave us tremendous advice and suggestions in how to renovate our post-war bungalow. My family has used them before for extending a home and their service has been excellent. The price they quoted was fair and included having professional people to do the work including, upgrading the electrical power, installing new lighting, renovating a bathroom and a kitchen. My family has used Mark numerous times and I'm so happy with their services that in my upcoming renovation work, I'll be calling him to assist with our basement bathroom. Their staff always cleans up after each other and they ensure the work dust does not spread to the rest of the house. They may not be the cheapest, but that's because they do excellent work and give honest opinions to their work.

CargoCabbie.ca was excellent in his customer service, professionalism and in carefully handling my newly bought sofa. At time of ordering, I indicated to him the number of flights (3) and the non-existence of an elevator and he gave me a fair price. On the morning of the event, he even called to confirm his arrival time and showed up as promised. When the sofa was delivered to my house, he was kind enough in trying assist me in moving my existing sofa down the stairs. It didn't make it down as the stairs to my bungalow are too narrow - but at least he gave it a good effort. I have passed his name onto family who are in need of similar services. Without a doubt, I will use him again.

I was refered to Ryan by a colleague and he's a very realiable, striaght forward person. He came to give us a quote when he was suppossed to. Called to install the blinds and the fit was perfect with no defects. Much better quality than any of those retail and big-box stores for a slightly higher price. I would definetly reccomend them!

Hired him to paint the main rooms of the house and they were painted, but in a sloppy manner. You can see drip marks in various places of the houses and a couple white spots here and there. The cash payment was an incentive for him to varnish the floors of the house, but he only put a very thin layer as they floors show every single scratch and there's even places where you can see the floors weren't touched. I had used him before for some other work and was happy, but this time he just showed slopiness.

Doors are great, but the installer left remains (nuts, bolt, old caulking, etc...) from the olds doors all over my front porch and backyard. After numerous calls to both the salesman (Sandi) and their head office, but no one has come to clean up the mess. Also, the installer left dirty footprints all over my entranceway and a gap in the exterior brick of my side door that I have had to fix to avoid water entering into my house. The new doors look great, but when I order a new door I also expect the installer to clean up after himself and take ALL the debris from the old door with him. He only took part of it and claimed he would return to clean it up. A month later nothing has happened.

Good work. Saw one more a couple days later, but since then (3 months) nothing else.

So so service. Problems in getting things repaired. Would not get blinds from them again.
