Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Mario recommended Allure flooring to not only give the look I wanted, but also to ensure the new bathroom floor would not be too slippery when getting out of the shower. The cuts around the toilet and bathtub area are perfect and Mario finished it off with quarter round and sealant. Perfect solution, huge improvement !

Service provided for a condo complex in the North York area is completely sub-par. In the warmer months, lawns are scalped, homeowners are assaulted by the noise and smell of gas-powered leaf blowers, and plants are pruned at the wrong times. In winter months, snow removal is timely but results in damaged lawns, curbs, and gardens. Workers seem to change regularly, resulting in little or no communication or training. Absolutely do not hire this company, and pass on this info.

Your craftsman Steve came on the weekend to install a new storm door. He did experience a few unforeseen problems but managed through them well.He was on time for the appointment, was neat and courteous and did a clean up when he was done.

Renovators, please learn from this... Get all quotes up front, SIGN A CONTRACT, and make sure that all work is finished to the last detail. Hold back 10-15% of the anticipated costs before the subs leave the site. Otherwise you, like me, will end up paying beyond the contract to get things finished properly. Finally, get a guarantee that YOUR job will command attention of all the subs in the time agreed... otherwise, the subs may be sent out to other (more lucrative) jobs in the meantime.

Recommended by my parents, and now by me. Excellent return of phone calls, immediate service, very high quality work. Work included relocating an electrical box, inspecting existing wiring, capping a CO detector, and rewiring a table fixture. Staff are polite and efficient. Have now used them twice with pleasing results.
