An old galvanized pipe sprang a leak in my unfinished basement. I went to HomeStars and Drain King Plumbers responded to request quickly. After some back and forth in the evening, they booked an appointment for me for the following morning. Benjamin arrived at the tail-end of the appointment time and quickly got to work, assessing the situation. He provided a few possible solution and after agreeing upon the approach he got down to work. I found him to be straight-forward and friendly and he finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. The pipes have been upgraded and the area looks neater now. While it's too early to know if I'm satisfied (there is a 1 year warranty), based on my experience thus far I would call for him again should a future plumbing issue arise.
