Scott is probably the fastest and best service person I have dealt with in recent time. I sighted a raccoon trying to get into my basement through the window at night and almost ran out of the house! It was my first encounter with any animal here so I called Scott as soon as I found his profile on Homestars, this was in January 2014. Scott showed up the following morning, and surveyed the entire perimeter of the deck. He found the entrance where the raccoon got in (chewed through the base of the deck) but we could not do anything about it due to the ice from the ice-storm. All the same, he set a trap and provided a means for the raccoon to get out. Scott followed up via phone calls and returned after the ice thawed, he provided wire support at the base of the deck to keep all animals out and we confirmed the raccoon left the base of the deck before closing it up. Scott knows his job, very professional but friendly; his price was fair and compared well with others that I checked. I hope I don't have raccoon issues again otherwise he remains my go to guy.

I contacted Jacob and got pretty quick response via text message (better not to use email). We discussed and he visited to further review the planned cleaning job. He showed up on time with the two people that did the job in May 2014, they were very diligent and didn't spend time for personal stuffs. The cleaning was thorough and I asked that they continue when the agreed time expired. It was the cleaning of the entire house and many places (windows, grouts, etc) were really dirty. Jacob handled the garage floor himself and did an excellent job. The service was great and Jacob was easy to relate with, the cleaning ladies were very hardworking and I wont be using anybody else in the future.

Professional roofer was one of the last company I contacted after I almost went with another company. The timely response I got from Jorge coupled with his friendly and professional attitude got me interested. The house was leaking badly and we decided to change the entire roof, Jorge offered to do a quick fix pending the installation of new roof and he gave great prices on some other products but we went with Certainteed. We discussed the time of the installation as it affects my availability, Jorge made one phone call and said we could do it by month end; but we did it mid month eventually. I was happy Jorge kept to his words though I gave up hope of any quick fix after agreeing to a new roof but a repair man showed on Saturday! Good to have a company that keeps to their words. The roofers showed up at about 7:30am and kept at it till the job was neatly done. Although I couldn't get on the roof with Oscar to inspect the job, I believe they kept to the terms of the job. Also good to know that they don't bother you by asking for down-payment. It was a great team with great attitude, the price was average compared with other quotes that I got and they left my house in very clean condition. All the dirt/waste and nails were removed making it difficult to believe a new roof was installed. Good job guys and keep it up. Hope you can keep building on the success.

I called Dwayne based on the many positive comments from other customers on Homestars. He worked around my time of availability and showed up this morning. Just bought a resale home but the AC was not cooling properly on the second floor, the home inspector also recommended the review of the furnace due to some corrosion. Dwayne did not recommend buying anything, he reviewed the entire HVAC system and got them functional and also resolved the possible cause of the corrosion. The part I enjoyed most was the class on HVAC 101; he advised that I can still get some mileage from the furnace, AC and even the hot water tank. I witnessed all the readings he took and he never complained that I was breathing down his neck! Professional and honest service are rare, so I wont hesitate to use Dwayne or recommend him to anybody.
