From the initial sales meeting with John, to working with Regi and the entire construction team, we had a great experience. We felt that we worked together to get the pool we wanted and appreciated the suggestions, pointing out and addressing aspects we didn't consider. We also appreciated that they were flexible in terms of meeting times since both of us work and have kids in numerous activities. The quality of work and project management was excellent. Everyone was friendly, patient and responsive in answering questions, and followed up on any outstanding items. To be honest, as were getting close to completion we knew were going to miss having them around. We would definitely recommend Backyard Getaways to anyone who asks.

My overall experience with your company exceeded my expectation! I had a problem with water leaking in a rental property.After trying to figure it out, I called Rooters and I was impressed with how helpful every one was from start to finish and in less than 3 hours of my phone call. Joanne was friendly when she took my info, then I had to call back to verify my contact details and I think it was Martha I spoke to and again she was friendly and helpful and the process you have in place allowed her to pick up where Joanne left off. I get a phone call telling me someone is on the way. Robert called to let me know no one was at home, rather than just leave as often repair or trades people do. Then relief as he assures me the problem has been fixed and why it occurred with yet again a pleasant manner.
