Dealing without a functional dryer is misery but Elite appliance made the process of having it repaired pleasant. I truly appreciate their text feature in scheduling appointments and receiving notifications. Their technician, Ace, was above and beyond my expectation. Pleasant, courteous, effic isn't and extremely knowledgable. He was helpful and great throughout the process of diagnostic and repairs.
