Notices some weird noises coming from the chimney stack behind the fireplace. Hoped it would go away, but it persisted, now stinking up the house. In a panic, I looked up HomeStars and called 4 numbers. 3 answered immediately, the lady on the phone at SWAT gave me confidence so I chose them. Jonny came the next morning first thing, put a one way door on the chimney. We also chose to reinforce other possible entries. He said it was a coon, and it was gone soon. I heard other weird noises, called them again, Jonny came out in a couple of days and gave me a thorough inspection, announced that my house is coon free, then went up to the roof to remove the one way door and reinforce that opening. The price of the follow up inspection was forgiven as he had to come back to get the door anyway. Thanks Jonny! You gave me back my peace of mind, you are a good man! I would recommend SWAT to all my friends, but hope I don't have to. =)
