Our roof needed to be replaced after a big rain storm in July caused seepage into multiple rooms of our house. Fearing the worst after seeing water damage to one of our walls, we set out to get a few quotes through referrals. Unfortunately what we received was either not up to our standards or we felt was incredibly overpriced. After speaking to our neighbors they referred us to Bland Brothers, who had done a job for someone they knew. This was the best decision we made! Heather was incredibly prompt and accommodating over the phone, and Brian was such a pleasure to deal with in person. He laid everything out for us, walked us through the process, and answered all of our questions in a way such that we felt confident and reassured from the get-go. After signing our contract Brian and Heather agreed to prioritize our job seeing as we had already sustained damage and were at risk with the weather changing. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and worked diligently the entire time they were here. I truly appreciated the ongoing communication and being kept informed by Sam (the crew chief) of any unexpected issues. Brian and Sam were aware of our concerns, particularly in the areas where we sustained damage, and went out of their way to keep us posted. All in all a great experience. If only dealing with all service providers was so effortless and pleasant! Will definitely recommend Bland Brothers to anyone who needs their roof repaired!!

Contacted Sergey in the middle of an ice storm to repair minor flooding caused as a result of a leak in upstairs shower. Sergey called back within 10 minutes and was onsite within the half hour. After discussing the issue and a couple of rounds of troubleshooting he gave us our options and once decided, he stayed to fix the problem. During his visit Sergey was incredibly polite, professional, and most importantly, genuinely wanted to help. We were incredibly impressed and will always recommend Tornado Plumbing (and will definitely use again if/when needed!)

It takes a lot to impress me, but what can I say other than - I'm impressed! Was called back on Thu and was scheduled for an appointment Sun morning at 9:30am. Steven showed up exactly at 9:30 in the pouring rain and had my entire system shut down in less than half an hour. Not only that but he reconfigured two of my malfunctioning heads and gave some good maintenance tips for the future. Highly recommend and will gladly call again!

Given our recent experience with unreliable contractors and their tendency to "overpromise and underdeliver" I am reluctant to give out recommendations very often. That being said, I am happy to sing praises from my rooftop when it comes to what we got from The Duct Cleaning Specialists! From start to finish, the process was quick, simple, easy, and quality! Paul responded to my online request not once but twice by email, the first time within the same day of booking and then a few days later with a reminder. Mark and Greg called to let us know they were close by and if it would be ok for them to arrive early to start their work - of course it was! Not only did they have a very old and dirty (post-renovation) system to deal with, but they had to navigate around painters and a startled puppy! The job was completed in a few hours, with Greg providing updates along the way (pictures included!) They also included a quick furnace and AC cleaning as well as vacuuming our filters and cleaning up messes left in our utility room by previous workers! All free of charge and without being asked! Thanks guys for a job well done... will be sure to have you back in a few years!
