I called Malcolm to take a look at some potential rodent access points in my home, which we discovered during a large reno. He came by to take a look and provide a quote on the same day I called him, which was great. He was quite thorough in taking a look at my roof - providing a recommendation and quote before he left my home. Due to the issues identified, he recommended replacing the first level portion of my roof, including the acrylic skylight (with a glass one). Malcolm was really good at keeping me updated throughout the course of his work. He also fixed a couple of leak points he discovered while on the roof and cleaned the gutters while working on the roof but kept to the original price that we agreed upon. I think Malcolm did a terrific job with my roof replacement and repairs at a very reasonable price. I also appreciated how he was timely, with both coming out to do a quote and completing the job. Highly recommended!

I hired Lucas and his team to level the main floor at my house, which was undergoing a fairly large renovation. When my contractor demoed the existing flooring, we discovered that the floor was fairly unlevel and due to the age of the home, the tiles adhered fairly strongly to the subfloor, resulting in many gouges in the subfloor when the tiles were finally removed. I was really impressed with Lucas from the start, as he was very quick in providing me with a quote. He was also very communicative throughout the job, providing me with updates on what was happening. I was extremely happy with the end result, as I now have a very level floor and it will be a breeze to install my hardwood flooring over top. I highly recommend Lucas and his company to anyone who wants a level and solid floor in their home.
