We recently moved into a heritage home in Oakville. We called Dodds and had an excellent service representative explain what needed to be done. Our technician Jay came yesterday to install the new door and we were thrilled. It was a difficult door to install (removal of an very old door and then re-framing and adding technology to an antique) and Jay was very pleasant, diligent and helpful around making the installation process effortless.
