Cleaned the furnace and air conditioning unit, cleaned the ducts and applied a fungal spray for free. Explained everything and mentioned what really needs to be done and doesn't. Home renos left dust everywhere, glad to see their equipment be able to clean it all. House has been clean since... no more dust.

General contractor recommended his friend that does hardwood floor installation and wood stair refinishing... does it well... has been doing it for years. Quote was stated to have the project completed by Jan 13th, here we are Feb 9th and things are still not done. Had to purchase a second set of new railing because he messed up on the first one. Didn't describe the process at all at the beginning and instead gave us a finished product that looked like literal CRAP. When we told him the railing wasn't even sturdy, he shakes it and it popped out of the main support post. My stairs are still bare, and today he took the railing out as well because his supplier didn't cut the railing correct (evn though it was correct the first time... just assembled poorly with gaps visible). Steps were missed when ordering; stain wasn't applied correctly. Such an amateur job. Recommend this guy? I'm currently taking pictures and building a case for small claims court. Dennis R... avoid him.
