Due to wind damage, I needed an downpipe replaced. However, during the estimate it became clear that the entire system needed to be replaced, as it was falling apart in many locations. The work was done a week later, and to very high quality standards. They carted away all the old material, and left my property spotless. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We used Monarch to renovate our kitchen several years ago, and they were amazing. As a result, Monarch was the only company we considered for renovating our master bathroom, which was small and still stuck in the 1980's. An in-home visit was followed by several design meetings, where we were given at least a half-dozen design options to choose from. In the end, we decided to make it a bit bigger of a project, and actually move a wall to make it a bigger bathroom. The adjoining room was included in the renovation, to become a new exercise room. The designer we worked with took all of our input and allowed us to choose our own finishes, while still providing design direction throughout. All work was done on time, and the contractors were careful to keep our house and carpets clean. Lots of communication throughout, let us know what was happening when. There were some small issues, as would be expected for a project of this size. All issues were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. In the end, we are extremely happy that we chose Monarch for this renovation. We would not hesitate to recommend them highly to our family and friends.

Wow. We should have done this years ago. We have a 2-storey house. In the summer, even though we closed all vents in the basement and main floor (in an attempt to get the cold air to our second floor), our basement was always freezing cold and the upper floors were warm. The air conditioner would run all the time on warm days. Now, after getting our ducts sealed by Aeroseal, all floors are the same temperature, and our air conditioner actually cycles off. I can't wait for the winter, when we typically have the opposite problem. I can only imagine how much money we are now saving. But the money is secondary. The comfort is priceless. Aeroseal did a wonderful job. It took them all day, and in addition to sealing all the ductwork, they found broken and open ducts that they repaired on the spot. Very through and professional. They explained everything in detail, and the before and after results were dramatic. Highly recommended.

Could not have been a better experience. They worked for 5 hours straight to remove an old, dying Mulberry tree from my backyard. Explained exactly what they were doing. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. And very reasonably priced. Cleanup was beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbours.

Even though I use their most expensive "Very Best" package, over the past couple of years I've had ongoing issues with weeds and crabgrass, and poor application of top dressing and overseeding that was recommended to correct the problem. And now I think I know why. I happened to be home today, when my spring fertilization treatment was applied. I watched as the guy sat in his truck, and then only did a superficial loop in front of my house, completely ignoring one side of my house, and avoiding a good chunk of the grass beside the road. And he never even went into my backyard! I happened to catch the action on my security cameras, here for you to enjoy. Note that the first part of the video is pretty boring, as he sits in his truck until the 6:20 point, when he gets out and does his quick job before taking off. Today's service cost me $52.82. This company is not recommended!

The freezer portion of my 10-yr-old refrigerator stopped cooling properly. Contacted this company based on the HomeStars reviews, and I'm happy I did. They showed up within an hour, and discovered it was the compressor that was not working properly. Recommended I buy a new fridge, since it would be cheaper than repairing it. The service charge was minimal.
